EMPLOYMENT LAW

- Prepares non-compete agreements on behalf of employers and reviews proposed non-compete agreements on behalf of employees
- Assists employers in formulating workplace policies for a variety of issues, including discrimination and workplace harassment policies, whistle-blowing policies, use of social media, e-mail and other workplace privacy issues, drug use, and prepares and reviews employment manuals for compliance with employment laws, employee categorization, wage and hour laws
- Conducts workplace investigations
- Provides legal representation to employers and employees for wrongful termination, discrimination, violation of trade secrets and non-compete agreements
- Provides advice and representation for professional license investigations and proposed disciplinary proceedings
